What an agency quotes
₹40,000–1,00,000

What agencies here quote a small business for a basic site. Most never get built because of it.

What I charge
₹7,999 one-time

Same standard of work. Lower price because I’m building a reputation, not because I’m cutting corners.

The guarantee

You don’t pay until you’ve seen it.

01

Half up front to reserve the week. The other half only once the site is live and you’re happy with it.

02

If the first design isn’t right, say so and I rebuild it. As many times as it takes, at no extra cost.

03

Still not right? Walk away. The deposit comes back in full and you owe nothing further.

Not sure which one you need? Tell me what the business does and I’ll say which tier actually fits — including when the answer is the cheaper one.

Beyond the build fee

Domain and hosting are separate.

Every site needs an address and somewhere to live. These are paid yearly to the provider rather than to me, and the amount varies.

01

Billed yearly

Both renew each year for as long as you want the site online.

02

Not a fixed amount

It depends on the domain name you pick and the hosting the site actually needs.

03

Quoted before anything is bought

You see the exact yearly figure and approve it first.

04

Paid to the provider directly

Both accounts stay in your name, so you keep control.

Everything else

Straight answers, no sales pitch.

Three options, all one-time build fees rather than subscriptions: Launch at ₹6,499 for a single page, Business at ₹7,999 for the full five-page site with local SEO and a booking flow, and Custom from ₹19,999 when the site needs a catalogue, a booking system or a second language. Most businesses want Business. International clients pay $69, $79 and from $199 for the same tiers — different market, different rate, stated openly. Domain and hosting sit outside that figure — see the next answer.

The domain is your web address and hosting is the space the site lives on. Both are paid yearly and both renew for as long as you want to stay online. The amount isn’t fixed — a common .in domain costs far less than a short, in-demand name, and a busy site with a lot of photos needs more hosting than a simple one. I price both for your specific case and show you the yearly figure before anything is registered. You pay the provider directly, so both accounts stay in your name.

No. There are exactly two things: the build fee, which you pay once, and domain and hosting, which renew yearly and go to the provider rather than to me. That is the whole picture — no retainer, no per-page fee, and no invoice for the first conversation. If you later want something we never discussed — a booking system, a second language — I quote that separately and you decide before I build it.

You can, and for some businesses that’s genuinely fine. But those builders ship a lot of code you never use, which makes pages slow on the connections your customers actually have. A purpose-built site loads faster, ranks better locally, and doesn’t look like the other forty sites in your district running the same template.

Send me the link. Sometimes the answer is a rebuild, but often it’s speed, mobile layout and missing local SEO — a much smaller job. I’ll tell you which one it is honestly, even when the smaller job is the one that pays me less.

Your logo if you have one, photos of your place or your work, and a rough idea of what each page should say. If the writing isn’t ready, I’ll draft it from our call and you correct it. Nobody has ever been stuck on this.

It depends on the size of the site and how quickly the content comes through. You get a launch date in writing before any work starts, a live preview to review, and changes until you are happy. If anything moves the date, I tell you straight away.

You do. The domain is registered in your name and the files are yours. If you ever want to move to another developer you take everything with you — no lock-in and no handover fee.

As many as it takes. I don’t count revisions and I don’t charge for them — if something is wrong, it gets fixed until it’s right. The only thing that changes the quote is adding whole new pages we never agreed on, and I’d tell you the new number before building them.

Small fixes in the first month are on me. After that you can message me whenever something needs changing and I’ll quote it if it’s substantial. Either way I’m on WhatsApp, not behind a ticket system.

Yes. Everything runs over WhatsApp and email, so your timezone changes when we talk but not how the work happens. Most of my communication is asynchronous anyway, which suits clients who are asleep while I am building.

How payment works
50% to begin

Paid when we agree the plan and the date. This is what reserves the week.

50% on launch

Paid when the site is live and you are happy with it. Not before.

UPI or bank transfer

Whatever is easiest. A proper invoice either way.

If you walk away

Before any design work starts, the deposit comes back in full.
