One person.
Start to finish.
I’m Falah. I design, build, launch and maintain every site myself, for clients anywhere in the world. The person you message is the person writing the code.
Most small businesses are handed one of two options.
A four-figure agency quote
Money that would be better spent on the business itself. Too much for a clinic with three staff or a homestay with four rooms.
A free page builder
Loads slowly, looks like everyone else’s, and quietly stops working the day a subscription lapses.
So a lot of these businesses just give up on having one. Which means when their patient, customer or guest searches for them, they find nothing, and click the competitor’s link instead.
Forge Tech is the third option: a properly built, genuinely fast site, made for one specific business, at a price that makes sense for the size of that business.
Three rules I don’t bend.
Quote first, always
You hear the number before I open an editor. It doesn’t move unless you ask for something we never discussed — and then we agree the new number before I build it.
No outsourcing
The person you message is the person building your site. Nothing gets passed to a team you have never spoken to, and nobody rewrites your brief in the middle.
Say when it’s not worth it
If a free afternoon fixing your Google Business Profile would do more for you than a new site this month, I’ll say so. Losing a job beats selling you something you didn’t need.
No frameworks you have to keep paying for. Just the languages the browser already speaks.
How many sites have you launched?
One live client site — a dental clinic — with more in the pipeline. Forge Tech is new and I would rather you hear that from me than find out later.
What if I don’t like it?
Changes are unlimited — I keep working until you are happy with it — and I don’t ask for the second half of the payment until you are. If we part ways before design starts, the deposit comes back in full.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. Send photos and rough notes on WhatsApp and I’ll handle the rest, including writing the copy if you would rather not.
What languages do you work in?
English for everything by default. I also work in Malayalam, and I can build a site in two languages side by side if your customers need it.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the site and how quickly the content comes through. You get a date in writing before any work starts, and if anything moves it, I tell you straight away.
Let’s work together.
If you’ve got a business that needs a real website, I’d like to hear about it.
